clients placing commission orders are deemed to have accepted and agreed to all the conditions stated herein

General

  • Contact with me on Twitter Gmail or Discord to order art / rigging.

  • You can use the commissioned work for personal use and streaming, but Commercial ( Merchandise,Print ) rights can be discussed later.

  • Commercial Use : Merchandise / Print ×2.5

  • Please tell me if you are an individual or corporate customer. then we talking about order detail reference and deadline.

  • I can accept or decline any order request.

  • Please credit me clearly as the artist/rigger with link to my twitter.

  • It is prohibited to use/upload/sell my work as non-fungible tokens (NFTs/AI)anywhere.

  • Private Commissions that have been requested not to have progress livestreamed will incur a Privacy Fee. (10% of total)

  • I don't accept rush order at the moment, please only request if you can wait.

Payment

  • Payment through Paypal and Buy me a coffee (USD) only.

  • The client is required to pay 50% before I start work. Then pay the rest before receiving the work.

  • There will be no refunds once I have initiated your order. The only exception is if there is any reason that I cannot carry on with my work I will refund you.

Workflow

  • Some orders may take longer depending on my busyness, complexity of the project, and amount of edits/fixes.

  • I will notify client when I begin on your queue.

  • I can send a WIP model file for the customer to test with a "watermark" but the watermark will be present until payment is made in full.

  • If there are any delays and adjustments to the timeline, I will inform the client.

  • You may request revisions at the sketch phase till you are satisfied and only minor revisions when sent the final art/final rig. Any revisions deemed as major will be charged a fee.

  • Please note that I will not deliver the finished file until the work has been fully paid for.

  • Final files are provided by us using Google Drive.

  • Once the art is finished, the artwork will be sent to the client's contact Google Drive. in PNG/JPG [Illustration] / PSD [Model Art] / Vtube Studio [Rig Model] (I will not be attaching any extra files for other tracking software.) format.

  • Delivered files will be on google drive for 2 months and will be deleted after that. I recommend you back up your files.

Revisions & Feedback

  • You may request revisions at the sketch phase till you are satisfied and only minor revisions when sent the final art/final rig. Any revisions deemed as major will be charged a fee. (make sure)

  • After the sketch or the approved stage of work is passed, only minor or no revisions are allowed.

  • Additional charges for excessive revisions may be required.

  • Revisions may affect progress and timeline.
